This candidate will support full cycle HR internal support, drive excellence and process improvements, mitigate business risk, and advise on employee relations and compliance. Essential Responsibilities:
Possess a true hands-on approach as well as the ability to successfully monitor the "pulse" of the employees to ensure a high level of employee engagement.
Handle employee relations and the development of team members, and collaborate with manager when needed.
Coach and mentor at supervisory level.
Interview new candidates, collaborate with hiring manager on identifying the ideal candidate, and communicating outcome of interviews to candidates.
Complete full onboarding process, ensuring all required employment and benefits documentation and information are complete and processed efficiently and effectively; including participating in new hire orientation, administering drug testing, running background checks, and other duties as requested.
Ability to understand business goals and recommend new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in business objectives, processes and technology.
Assists employees with benefits-related questions, and collaborate with Benefits Coordinator.
Conduct internal investigations and collaborate with HR Manager on certain situations.
