Job Description - HR Generalist

Strong knowledge of HR policies, practices, and employment laws

Experience developing and maintaining company handbooks (multi-state)

Familiarity with the Mineral platform (the way we are putting our handbook together) preferably

A solid understanding of HR compliance and employment laws across multiple states

The ability to work independently and provide general HR support as needed

Requirements

Strong knowledge of HR Compliance and Employment Law

5+ years HR Experience

Expereince with multistate handbooks
