Job Details

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with associates to foster a supportive and trusting work environment.
Collaborate with managers to understand staffing needs, create strategies, and implement solutions.
Assist managers with performance evaluations and support associate development.
Simplify complex situations for associates, ensuring clear communication and resolution.
Manage the onboarding process for new hires.
Address and investigate personnel issues as needed.
Conduct full-cycle recruiting to attract top talent.
Ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
Travel to assigned branch locations approximately every 1-2 weeks.

What you need for this position:

Proven experience in Human Resources or a related field.
Strong internal customer service mindset.
Proficiency with computers and office software.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent planning and organizational skills.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related discipline.
Experience with recruiting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
Familiarity with ADP WorkForce Now and JazzHR.
