Prequel is seeking qualified candidates for a hands-on HR Generalist position with a dynamic and rapidly growing sports-focused company located in the greater Pittsburgh area. This full-time position is based at company office location in the Robinson Township area and offers competitive salary, health, and retirement benefits.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Support various HR functions for the organization including open enrollment, benefits administration, recruiting, development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Management of multi-state HR regulations, including managing payroll tax verification.
Provide full operational support across multiple areas of HR, demonstrating versatility and adaptability to meet business needs.
Collaborate with Line of Business Leads to understand their staffing needs and assist in talent acquisition efforts.
Handle employee relations matters with professionalism and discretion.

Targeting Candidates with a mix of the following experience & credentials:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
3 to 6 years of progressive HR experience, ideally in small to midsize business environments with 50 to 200 employees.
Knowledge base across a mix of many HR disciplines – including benefits, open enrollment, talent acquisition, HR policies/procedures
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.

This role will focus on providing hands on operational HR support to the organization and offers the opportunity to grow to include more strategic functions.
