HR Generalist - Hiring Urgently

CornerStone Professional Placement has partnered with a client seeking an HR Generalist in Allen, TX. As the HR Generalist, you will be responsible for ensuring that HR policies and procedures are communicated and implemented correctly and consistently through all stages of the employee life cycle. Qualified candidates will have extensive experience in Employee Relations, Recruiting, Onboarding, LOA Administration, and Compliance. The HR Generalist will work directly with General Counsel, and Legal Department to ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations for all policies, including health, welfare, and retirement plans. Requirements for the HR Generalist:

5+ years’ experience in Human Resources
Bachelor’s degree is preferred
SHRM or PHR is preferred
Multi-state is a plus
Experience in Recruitment, Onboarding, Employee Relations, LOA Administration, and Benefits are required
