This Job Location is in Lebanon working remotely from an office space.
The HR Generalist is responsible for managing various HR work such as: staff leaves, staff schedule, staff performance reviews, staff visas, resident permits, and deal with various staff related issues.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage and Deal with staff HR related issues.
2. Manage Staff Leaves & Schedule
3. Manage staff documents, visas, resident permits online and through Managing outsourced PROâs.
1. Ability to Manage Staff
2. Strong Communication Skills
3. Proficient in English Language
4. Ability to learn UAE, Qatar, Oman Labor Law
5. Detailed oriented
6. Strong Follow up
7. Strong Computer knowledge, ability to use excel, HR softwareâs and other apps.
8. Ability to memorize and implement company policies
Pay Package:
· Salary: Great Salary (Get Paid in USD)
· 3 weeks paid Vacation + & up to 10 paid local holidays
