HR Generalist - Mandarin - Immediate Start

Eastridge Workforce Solutions is a leading provider of workforce management solutions, dedicated to connecting skilled professionals with rewarding opportunities. We are partnering with a biotech company with offices in San Diego, CA and Newark, DE in their search for a Mandarin-speaking HR Generalist. They are a worldwide leader in developing and manufacturing recombinant proteins and critical reagents/assays to support drug development and clinical applications from target discovery and validation, candidate drug screening and optimization, CMC development, preclinical and clinical studies, commercial production, and companion diagnostics.

This role will partner closely with the HR Manager to develop and deliver strong HR processes and activities.

Responsibilities:

• Manage talent acquisition process
• Oversee the administration of compensation and benefits plans
• Administers leave programs
• Conduct new hire onboarding
• Maintain personnel files and assist with compliance audits
• Maintain legal compliance in all HR policies
• Conduct training and development
• Other projects or responsibilities may be required

Requirements

• Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese
• Minimum 3 years of HR experience
• Willing to relocate to San Diego, CA or Newark, DE
