HR Generalist - Opportunity to Make a Difference

Role: HR Generalist

Location: Philadelphia, PA

Neighborhood: Spring Garden

Job Type: Full Time, On-Site

Salary Range: $40-42K annually

An Addison Group client is looking for a HR Generalist to join their team in Philadelphia. This is fully on site, permanent opportunity opportunity.

Essential Functions:

• Email contingent offer letters to candidate and new hire paperwork.
• Ensure all new hire paperwork is received and completed in its entirety.
• Remove filled job postings in HRIS systems.
• Upload new hire paperwork in to appropriate software.
• Ensures compliance with company policies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have the ability to multi-task, possess organizational skills and detailed oriented.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:

• Ability to interact effectively with management
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Word and Excel
• Experience with ADP preferred

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or Associate's Degree required
• 1+ of experience in Human Resources and experience with on-boarding and HR data entry is preferred
• Experience using HHA Exchange strongly preferred
