HR Generalist –
This is a key HR role that supports all campuses. This is an administrative role with some specific duties in a niche area of HR that may include data entry, database, training, benefits, recruiting, and other generalist areas of Human Resources. This position reports to the Director of HR and or the HR Manager, and specific duties will be delegated. This person is a supporting role for the HR Manager and HR Director.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities and Duties: HR Support
· Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of your role
· Recruiting, sourcing, hiring.
· New Hire Onboarding and assisting in training
· New hire paperwork, filing, and other administrative duties
· HR Help desk support to help all employees understand policies and employee handbook, and help resolve day-to-day issues and resource help
· Support Training database and assist input ongoing data entry of skill and training updates
· Filing of Training paperwork to training file
· Filing of Employee personnel paperwork to HR employee files
· Filing and ongoing Audit of I9’s and other HR processes to ensure legal compliance
· Assist in HR training for warehouse floor associates and employees
· Conduct new hire orientations and new hire documentation compliance
· Recruiting – Assist the department with all recruitment needs, handle first-round HR interviews, and follow-up calls, and manage documentation for offer letters. Work in conjunction with the HR Team to provide fully-rounded recruiting support to entire sites and organizations.
