HR Generalist - Urgent Hire

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full cycle of recruitment and onboarding processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting top talent to join our team.
• Serve as a trusted resource for employees, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and benefits, and addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely and empathetic manner.
• Partner with management to foster a positive work environment, promote employee engagement, and resolve workplace conflicts through effective communication and conflict resolution strategies.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation.
• Support the development and implementation of training and professional development initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• 3+ years of HR experience, with a strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations
• Proven track record in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office suite
• SHRM or HRCI certification is a plus.
