HR Generalist/Full cycle Payroll - Hiring Immediately

Ultimate Staffing is seeking a temp HR Generalist/Recruiter, Claremont, CA

Pay: $25- $28/hour

Requirements:
- Min 4 years of experience in HR

Responsible for performing routine functions of technical and analytical human
resources functions, including: recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, background check, drug test, terminating
employee relations.
- Other duties as required
- Proficient with MS Office
- Exceptional people skills
- Detail oriented and able to multi-task
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Knowledge of all State and Federal Laws related to profession
- Able to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
- Able to evaluate situations, identify options and implement effective solutions quickly and efficiently
- Knowledge of all State and Federal Laws related to profession
Hours: 8 -5
