Bright Harbor Healthcare is seeking a motivated HR intern to join our team. As an HR intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions and initiatives. You will work closely with our HR team to support recruitment, employee onboarding, training and development, employee relations, and HR administration. • Assist with candidate screening and scheduling interviews
• Support employee onboarding process
• Assist with HR projects and initiatives

• Support employee relations activities under the guidance of HR professionals

• Current student pursuing a degree in Human Resources or related field
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
• Detail-oriented and well-organized
• Desire to learn and grow in the field of HR
