This role partners closely with MedTech Supply Chain leaders, digital and technology teams, program leaders, regional and local HR partners, and enterprise COEs to ensure the organization has the structure, leadership capability, workforce readiness, and culture required to deliver transformation at scale.

The HR Business Partner will serve as a strategic advisor and execution partner for complex transformation programs, including digital capability expansion, operating model evolution, systems deployments, process modernization, and large-scale organizational change. The role will translate business and transformation priorities into practical people strategies that strengthen organizational effectiveness, accelerate adoption, build critical capabilities, and sustain engagement through periods of significant change.

A strong candidate brings deep HR business partnering experience, strong organization effectiveness and change leadership capability, and the ability to influence across a complex global organization. They will be comfortable operating at both strategic and execution levels, connecting enterprise transformation objectives to talent, culture, and workforce outcomes while helping leaders navigate ambiguity, risk, and change.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the strategic HR Business Partner for MedTech Supply Chain leaders driving large-scale systems, digital, and operating model transformation.

  • Translate transformation priorities into integrated people strategies across organization design, workforce planning, talent, culture, change readiness, engagement, and leadership effectiveness.

  • Partner with business and HR leaders to shape future-state organization models, clarify roles and decision rights, strengthen governance, and enable scalable ways of working across global teams.

  • Lead workforce and talent planning for transformation priorities, including critical capability identification, talent readiness, succession, internal mobility, upskilling, sourcing strategies, and retention of key skills.

  • Enable adoption of new systems, digital capabilities, and ways of working by partnering with change, communications, learning, and program teams to assess change impacts and activate readiness plans.

  • Coach leaders through transformation, helping them build alignment, communicate with clarity, handle ambiguity, reinforce accountability, and lead teams through change.

  • Use people insights, engagement data, workforce metrics, and organizational feedback to identify risks, inform decisions, and recommend actions that improve transformation outcomes.

  • Partner across the One HR model, including Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Talent Management, Learning, ER/LR, and regional/local HR teams, to deliver coordinated HR solutions.

  • Support employee and labor relations requirements, Works Council engagement, and local consultation processes in partnership with regional and country HR leaders, as applicable.

  • Strengthen culture and engagement across transformation teams by embedding inclusive leadership, Credo-based decision-making, collaboration, learning, accountability, and resilience.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources, Organizational Behavior, Business, Psychology, or a related field is required; or relevant HR certification is preferred.

  • Demonstrated HR Business Partner experience supporting complex organizations, preferably in supply chain, digital, technology, operations, or transformation environments is required.

  • Experience enabling large-scale systems, digital, ERP, operating model, or business transformation initiatives is preferred.

  • Strong organization effectiveness capability, including organization design, workforce planning, governance, role clarity, talent strategy, and change impact assessment is preferred.

  • Ability to coach and influence senior leaders, build trusted partnerships, and drive alignment across a complex global organization is preferred.

  • Experience working across HR COEs and regional/local HR teams to deliver integrated solutions across talent, rewards, employee relations, learning, staffing, and culture is required.

  • Strong change leadership skills with the ability to translate complex transformation into clear people implications, readiness actions, and leader communication strategies are preferred.

  • Ability to use data and insights to diagnose organizational needs, identify talent and culture risks, and recommend practical actions that enable business outcomes is required.

  • Strategic problem solver with a strong focus on execution and the ability to toggle between enterprise priorities, program-level needs, and local implementation details is required.

  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment while handling multiple priorities, business partners, and transformation workstreams is required.

  • High judgment and discretion in handling confidential, critical, and organizationally complex information is required.

  • Collaborative leadership style with commitment to creating a positive, resilient, and engaging work environment during periods of change is required.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, including the ability to simplify complexity and tailor messages for senior leaders, HR partners, and diverse global audiences are required.

  • Global perspective with understanding and appreciation for regional, country, cultural, and labor requirements is preferred.

  • This role can be based in a MedTech Supply in New Brunswick, NJ or Zug, Switzerland.

  • Role may require up to 20% domestic and/or international travel based on transformation program needs.
