As the HR Manager you will lead the HR Function for the site, providing leadership and support to approximately 60 employees, serving as a business partner to the Plant Manager and functional leaders on the team. Our manufacturing facility in Broomfield, CO is a critical site for our division, manufacturing medium-voltage solid dielectric underground (Submersible, Vault, and Padmount) switchgear. Drive organizational change and deploy Human Resources policies, practices, and programs to build organizational capability, shape our culture to be trusting and inclusive, and ensure we have the best talent to execute on our strategy. Work with the division leadership, functional leaders and site managers to align human resources programs and initiatives with key business objectives. Drive unified plans that support operations and division business, financial and employee engagement objectives. Provide leadership guidance and mentoring. Develop and implement solutions to organizational challenges by leading/coaching others through change. Counsel and influence leadership regarding policies, practices, laws and regulations to ensure all human resource policies and programs are in compliance with local and governmental regulatory requirements. Drive effective development and execution of training programs and practices providing leadership and guidance where necessary. Foster a culture where ownership of health and safety is embraced by all employees utilizing management of Environmental, Health & Safety (MESH) to ensure compliance and continue to drive our journey towards a “zero incidents” culture. Drive positive employee relations to provide an optimal work environment for all employees making work exciting, engaging and meaningful for all. Support plant operations through planning headcount & manning levels & recruitment of all levels of staff, as required Build organizational capability through ownership of talent management processes including acquisition, assessment, performance management and employee development. You will foster a culture of manager ownership and accountability of the employee life cycle. Facilitate a culture where best practices are shared across HR and the business and identify opportunities for synergy and integration between businesses as well as benchmark industry and local best practices to set stretch performance targets. -Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution -Minimum 3 years of human resources experience OR a graduate of a human resources leadership development program -Master's degree in human resources, Labor Relations, Industrial/Organization Psychology or related field HR Certification -Ability to drive results, influence and lead in a matrixed organization and environment -Ability to demonstrate knowledge of relevant local/state/federal/provincial employment laws -Ability to demonstrate strong drive for results and sense of urgency -Ability to demonstrate data analytics and strong project management skills -Ability to demonstrate commitment to employee engagement and continuous improvement -Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with all levels within the organization -Ability to demonstrate excellent facilitation/ coaching skills - must have strong employee relations skills with the proven ability to drive cultural change and drive leadership ownership/accountability. -Ability to demonstrate full range of developed HR competencies in organizational development, employee relations, recruiting and selection, compensation/benefits and compliance -Ability to demonstrate managerial courage with good conflict resolution and negotiation skills The application window for this position is anticipated to close on Jnauary 30, 2026.
