  • Manage workplace investigations, documentation, and disciplinary processes in partnership with leadership
  • Ensure accurate and timely filing of required government reports (EEO-1, OSHA 300 logs, etc.)

Training & Development

  • Identify training needs across the organization and coordinate delivery of compliance, safety, and skills-based training programs
  • Coordinate and track completion of mandatory training (e.g., harassment prevention, safety certifications)
  • Support managers in developing coaching skills and career development conversations with their teams

Employee Relations

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and conflict resolution
  • Proactively fosters a positive, inclusive, and high-performance workplace culture
  • Conduct stays interviews and support retention strategies; analyze turnover data and recommend interventions
  • Support the performance management cycle including goal setting, mid-year check-ins, and annual reviews

HRIS & Data Management

  • Own and maintain Workday as the system of record for all employee data, time tracking, and HR workflows
  • Generate HR metrics and reports to inform leadership decision-making
  • Continuously improve Workday utilization as the company scales
