Job Description - HR Manager

Job Overview


We are looking for an experienced and responsible HR & Administration Manager to manage and strengthen the organization’s HR systems, employee management, payroll coordination, administration, and compliance functions. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of HR practices, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to build structured HR processes within a growing healthcare organization.


Key Responsibilities


1. Strategic HR Management



  • Develop and implement structured HR systems and processes to support organizational growth.

  • Assist management in developing HR policies, employee handbook, attendance, disciplinary, and other HR frameworks.


2. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition



  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for operational and administrative positions.

  • Prepare and update job descriptions for all positions.

  • Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and professional networks.

  • Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate final interviews with management.


3. HR Operations & Employee Management



  • Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and performance-related documentation.

  • Monitor attendance, leave, discipline, and employee confirmation after probation.

  • Prepare confirmation, increment, warning, and other employee-related letters.


4. Payroll & Salary Administration



  • Prepare and maintain monthly payroll and salary sheets.

  • Track attendance, leave, deductions, incentives, and salary adjustments.

  • Coordinate with management and finance for timely payroll processing.


5. Administration



  • Oversee day-to-day administrative activities across Healthy Home outlets.

  • Maintain organized office documentation, filing systems, and digital records.

  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth administrative operations.


6. Clinic Documentation & Compliance



  • Maintain proper documentation related to clinic operations and regulatory requirements.

  • Maintain and monitor records related to:

    • Trade License and renewals

    • PAN/VAT documentation

    • Healthcare regulatory compliance

    • Staff employment records required for inspections

    • Labor Act and employment compliance documentation




Required Skills & Qualifications



  • Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management or Healthcare Management.

  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in HR, preferably in healthcare, clinic, hospital, or service-based organizations.

  • Strong knowledge of recruitment, HR operations, payroll, employee relations, and labor compliance.

  • Good understanding of Nepal’s labor and employment practices.
