HR Manager

A well-established cosmetic construction company is seeking an experienced and hands-on Human Resources Manager to lead and manage all HR functions across the organization. This role is ideal for a confident, people-focused leader who understands the fast-paced nature of construction and can balance compliance, culture, and operational needs. The HR Manager will serve as a strategic partner to leadership while supporting employees across office and field teams.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding.

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws, safety regulations, and company policies.

• Partner with leadership to develop, implement, and enforce HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

• Support workforce planning, training initiatives, and employee engagement across multiple job sites.

Skills:

• Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.

• In-depth knowledge of HR compliance, labor laws, and construction workforce practices.

• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as an HR Manager or senior HR professional, preferably in construction or a related industry.

• Strong understanding of employment laws, safety standards, and HR compliance.

• Experience supporting both hourly field staff and salaried office employees.

• Proficiency with HRIS systems, payroll coordination, and Microsoft or Google-based tools.
