HR Manager

Ultimate Staffing is hiring for a Human Resources Manager in Baltimore, Maryland! This is a full time, in-person, direct hire position. Key Responsibilities
Assist the Human Resources team with recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and compliance
Work directly in the HRIS system ADP WorkforceNow to pull and analyze reports
Assist with benefits administration, leave programs, answering questions related to benefits and open enrollment
Affirmative Action and DEI data analysis, reporting, and supporting activities
Employee relations, disputes, terminations and investigations
Assist with compensation surveys and requests
Respond to HR inquiries and assist with communication of employee requests
Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
Work collaboratively with the HR team to achieve results related to company initiatives
Assist with process improvements and system implementations

Qualifications
Experience with using ADP Workforce Now HRIS system is required
Data analytics, customized reporting, strong excel skills required
Experience working with different HR Functions including employee relations, benefits administration, recruiting and talent acquisition, training and development, compensation, onboarding and orientation
Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks with a high degree of accuracy
The ideal candidate should be proficient in office software and possess excellent communication skills

Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, business or related field

Compensation
This is a direct hire position with salary range of 85-95k depending on experience
This position offers growth potential and the ability to help shape the HR department
