Position Overview: We are seeking a qualified and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR function, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations, and developing and implementing HR policies and programs that align with the company's goals. Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in accordance with local, state, and federal laws. Manage the full recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees. Oversee employee relations, addressing concerns, conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment. Administer employee benefits programs and ensure accurate record-keeping. Conduct regular training sessions on topics such as diversity and inclusion, harassment prevention, and other relevant HR topics. Manage performance review processes and provide guidance to supervisors on performance improvement plans. Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations, staying informed of changes and updates. Handle employee disciplinary matters and terminations, ensuring fairness and adherence to company policies. Maintain HR records and produce relevant reports as needed. Collaborate with management to develop and execute strategic HR initiatives that support the company's overall objectives. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of [3] years of experience in Human Resources management. Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
