HR Manager Consultant

RoseRyan is seeking an experienced HR Manager Consultant to join our team. As a leading consulting firm based in Silicon Valley, RoseRyan provides tailored advisory expertise to companies facing finance and accounting challenges. Our team of seasoned professionals works collaboratively with clients to bridge gaps and unlock potential in their organizations. As the HR Manager Consultant, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR guidance and support to our clients, helping them build and maintain a high-performing and engaged workforce.

Responsibilities
Partner with clients' leadership teams to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with their business goals.
Advise and support clients on a range of HR areas, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and compliance.
Conduct HR assessments and evaluations to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans.
Develop and deliver training programs to enhance HR knowledge and skills within client organizations.
Stay updated on HR laws and regulations and provide guidance to clients to ensure compliance.
Collaborate with clients' HR teams to build a positive and inclusive work environment.
Assist with HR-related projects as needed.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management or HR consulting.
Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
Experience in talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and compliance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build strong relationships and work collaboratively with clients at all levels.
Strategic mindset with the ability to align HR strategies with business goals.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is highly desirable.
