As a Human Resource Manager (also known as HR Manager, Personnel Manager), you will play a proactive role in developing, leading, and coordinating the policies, activities, and staff of the HR department. You will ensure legal compliance and implementation of the organization's mission and talent strategy. Your responsibilities will include handling employee relations, assessing staffing needs, hiring employees, designing training programs, and developing compensation plans. You will act as the link between management and employees, providing HR advice, counsel, and decisions.
