Summary
Join Millennium Print Group as an HR Operations Coordinator!
We’re looking for an HR professional to join our team and support critical HR operations, including onboarding, compliance, and process improvement. If you’re passionate about creating efficient processes and delivering a strong employee experience, this is your opportunity to make an impact.


*Bilingual is required for this role. 


Location: Raleigh, North Carolina
Schedule: Onsite 
Pay & Benefits: Competitive salary + bonus eligibility + full benefits package


What You'll Do:



  • Execute HR processes across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding

  • Maintain accuracy and integrity of HR data within the HRIS

  • Conduct audits and ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies

  • Develop and maintain SOPs and HR documentation

  • Generate reports and support required compliance filings (e.g., EEO1)

  • Support employee engagement initiatives and HR programs

  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency


What You'll Bring:



  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or equivalent experience

  • 3+ years of relevant HR operations experience

  • Experience with HRIS systems; Workday preferred

  • Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills

  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
