Job Title: HR Partner (HRP) Support

Job Location: Raymond, Ohio 43067, USA

Position Type: contract( 5 months) with possible extension

Pay rate: $25/hr - $29/hr on w2 with Benefits

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, 0 - 2 of equivalent, related job experience.

Job Description:

• Join HR Partner (HRP) team to work with cross functional teams, other HR teams, and leaders to ensure the effective delivery of HR support/services to the business.
• Support HRP Team with:
• Associate and leader questions on HR matters.
• Completion of annual company events (performance management, training, benefits enrollment).
• Internal movement process.
• Local onboarding.
• Exit interviews.
• Event Support.

Skills:

• Working knowledge of Kronos, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PeopleSoft, SuccessFactors.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong ability to multi-task.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent customer service skills.
