HR Project Coordinator

The Corporate Human Resources team at a well known Healthcare organization is seeking a HR Coordinator to perform and provides clerical supportservices to the Human Resources team in preparing materials and correspondence.

Responsibilities include filing confidential documents, answering the telephone, routing departmental emails, onboarding new employees and assisting with HR and staff programs.

Responsibilities

Conducts all post-offer activities, such as offer letter creation and new employee set-up in HRIS
system ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
Partner with department leaders to post for job openings in the HRIS system.
Perform clerical duties such as preparing HR reports, I9/E-Verify Processing, filing confidential
documents, answering the telephone, and routing departmental emails.
Serves as a resource for new hire and current employee questions, such as benefits, job postings,
paid time off, policy questions, etc.
Updates and maintains employee records in HRIS system, including data related to personnel
transactions such as promotions, transfers, performance reviews, and terminations
Conducts exit interviews, prepares employee separation notices and related documentation, submits
security tickets to deactivate access
Maintains good communication and positive relationships with employees to promote employee
satisfaction and ensure a positive work environment
