HR Recruiting Intern PT - Unlimited Growth Potential

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:

In this position the HR Intern will perform tasks related to recruiting, employee engagement surveys, and onboarding surveys. Main functions will be focused on managing entry level position requisitions, supporting employees' reviews, and gathering data and information regarding new hire surveys.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

RECRUITING SUPPORT

• Upholds the HR Department with the highest level of security and confidentiality
• Review over job posting requisitions for qualified candidates as instructed
• Conduct initial phone screens for entry level positions, while gathering information for internal scorecards
• Assist with the on-boarding surveys for new hires
• Respond to any applicable employee reviews on Glassdoor and Indeed company pages with appropriate templates
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1-2 years of human resources and/or administrative assistant
• Considerable working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
• Applicant Tracking System knowledge preferred

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Able to sit for long periods of time
• Reading, writing and communicating in English at an appropriate level
• Must be able to communicate via phone calls and video conferencing

LANGUAGE SKILLS:

• Must be able to speak, read and write English for safety reasons

Ability to work flexible hours
