Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a primary point of contact for employee relations matters, including policy interpretation, conflict resolution, and assisting with disciplinary processes.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment efforts for designated roles, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate and new hire experience.
• Administer various employee benefits programs, including enrollments, changes, and answering detailed questions.
• Support accurate and timely payroll processing by ensuring all necessary HR data inputs are correct.
• Conduct new employee orientations and exit interviews, gathering valuable feedback for continuous improvement.
• Maintain compliance with federal and state employment laws and company policies, ensuring all HR activities are legally sound.
• Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement and operational efficiency.
• Advise management and employees on HR policies and procedures, ensuring fair and consistent application.

Recommended Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of progressive Human Resources experience, with a strong preference for manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Solid understanding of HR best practices, federal and state employment laws, and compliance requirements.
• Proven experience with HRIS systems (e.g., ADP, UKG/Kronos, Workday) and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust at all organizational levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of navigating complex employee relations situations.
• High degree of integrity and ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
• Adaptability and flexibility to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Direct experience in employee relations or conflict resolution.
• Experience with training and development initiatives.
• HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).
• A proactive approach to identifying and addressing HR-related needs.
