HR Representative (ADP Expert)

We’re seeking a detail-driven and highly skilled HR Representative with advanced ADP experience to support a fast-paced, high-performing team in Ellabell, GA. This is a unique opportunity to step into a critical HR function, make an immediate impact, and help streamline key people operations.

What You’ll Do:

• Serve as the go-to HR resource for all ADP-related functions (Workforce Now preferred) 
• Manage employee onboarding, offboarding, and personnel records with precision 
• Process and audit payroll data, ensuring accuracy and compliance 
• Maintain and update employee information, benefits, and timekeeping systems 
• Support HR compliance, reporting, and documentation 
• Partner with leadership to ensure smooth HR operations and employee support 
• Troubleshoot and resolve ADP system issues quickly and efficiently 

What We’re Looking For:

• Extensive, hands-on experience with ADP (non-negotiable) 
• Strong knowledge of HR processes including onboarding, payroll, and employee data management 
• High attention to detail and ability to work with sensitive information confidentially 
• Ability to jump in quickly, take ownership, and work independently 
• Strong organizational and communication skills 
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or high-volume environment is a plus
