Our HR Service Center team is focused on creating a best-in-class Team Member experience through operational excellence, continuous improvement, and strong partnerships across Human Resources. We collaborate closely with District HR Managers, Benefits, Payroll, Leave Administration, Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, and HR Leadership to provide timely support, accurate information, and effective solutions for Team Members.


As we continue to build our HR Service Center team, we are seeking individuals who are passionate about helping others, solving problems, and delivering exceptional service. Depending on experience and background, opportunities within the team may include HR Service Center Representative and HR Service Center Case Specialist responsibilities.


Your Impact


As an HR Service Center Representative, you will serve as a trusted resource for Fleet Farm Team Members by providing support for HR-related questions, requests, and employee cases. You will help Team Members navigate HR programs, policies, and processes while ensuring they receive timely, accurate, and professional support.


You will play an important role in creating a positive Team Member experience by researching questions, documenting cases, identifying solutions, and partnering with HR teams to resolve issues. For individuals with additional HR experience, this role may also support more complex and sensitive inquiries requiring deeper research, investigation, and cross-functional collaboration.


Your ability to listen, analyze situations, build relationships, and provide exceptional service will help strengthen HR operations and build trust throughout Fleet Farm.


What You’ll Do



  • Serve as a first point of contact for Team Members seeking HR support and guidance.

  • Respond to employee inquiries related to HR programs, policies, processes, benefits, payroll, leave administration, and other HR-related topics.

  • Create, document, and manage HR Service Center cases while ensuring accurate information and timely follow-up.

  • Research questions, identify solutions, and provide clear communication to Team Members and HR partners.

  • Partner with Benefits, Payroll, Leave Administration, Employee Relations, District HR Managers, Talent Acquisition, and HR Leadership to resolve inquiries.

  • Escalate more complex or sensitive cases requiring additional research, investigation, or specialized HR support.

  • Maintain accurate case documentation within the case management system.

  • Monitor case activity and identify opportunities to improve processes, resources, and the Team Member experience.

  • Support the creation and maintenance of HR knowledge articles, standard operating procedures, and service center resources.

  • Participate in HR projects, audits, compliance activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive Team Member information.


What You Bring



  • Experience in Human Resources, customer service, HR operations, benefits, payroll, leave administration, employee relations, or a related field preferred.

  • Strong customer service mindset with the ability to listen, understand concerns, and provide timely and accurate support.

  • Ability to research information, solve problems, document details, and follow issues through resolution.

  • Working knowledge of HR systems, including UKG Core HR, Recruiting, and Workforce Management preferred.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify solutions and make sound decisions.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships across all levels of the organization.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and sound judgment when handling sensitive information.

  • Ability to work independently while effectively utilizing available resources, systems, and tools.
