Salary: PKR 60,000 – 80,000
Location: Johar Town, Lahore/Sialkot

Role Overview

The HR Specialist will manage core HR operations and end-to-end recruitment, ensuring smooth hiring processes, accurate HR records, and effective employee support across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and hiring

  • Manage daily HR operations including attendance, employee records, and documentation

  • Handle onboarding, orientation, and HR compliance processes

  • Maintain accurate HR databases and employee files

  • Coordinate with department heads on workforce and hiring needs

  • Address employee HR-related queries and operational issues

Requirements

  • 3–4 years of hands-on experience in HR operations and recruitment

  • Strong understanding of hiring processes and HR documentation

  • Excellent coordination, organizational, and communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple HR tasks in a fast-paced environment

  • Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
