HR Specialist - Hardin MT

One Health is seeking a responsive, friendly, and service-oriented HR Specialist to join our human resources team in Hardin, Montana! This is an entry-level position that will receive training to advance up an HR career pathway once you have gained experience. You'll be supporting the HR Department by performing a variety of general day-to-day clerical activities, hiring/onboarding activities, maintaining required documents, assisting with staff training, data collection and reporting, and tracking various HR functions related to employees.

Compensation/Salary/pay: $19.17-$20.28/hr, DOE

Employment Type/Schedule: Full-Time M-F 8am-5pm with hour lunch

Location: On-site, Hardin, Montana

What You’ll Do / Key Responsibilities: 

• Recruitment, onboarding and offboarding


• Support coordination of employee benefits, leave and workplace accommodations


• Administer routine personnel activities (performance evals, reimbursements, worker's comp, etc.)


• Build trusted relationships with employees, supervisors and teammates

What We’re Looking for: 

• High School Diploma


• Valid driver’s license
