HR Specialist with Payroll/HR Data focus

We are seeking an HR Specialist with specific focus on administrative precision with regard entry of both HR and Payroll employee information for entry into the HRIS/Payroll system as well as in running and reviewing Payroll reports in anticipation of the upcoming payroll to verify accuracy, resolve all data entry-related errors, and assist in processing clean payrolls.

This will include but is not limited to: administrative, recruitment and retention activities, benefits enrollments, orientation, all trainings, risk management and employee health support functions as well as to maintain and process payroll records, conduct necessary audits, and be the Subject Matter Expert (SME) regarding all data entry required to facilitate the preparation of employee pay.
Well qualified candidates will be comfortable with the payroll process, have phenomenal data entry accuracy and speed, will be expert in Excel as well as HRIS-specific report writing. And, those with previous HR experience, including work as an HR Generalist, are preferred. General knowledge of Human Resources and employment law is required. Specialized knowledge and experience is preferred...but, know that the role is heavy on administrative responsibilities. Fast-paced, high volume workload...so, previous experience with a multi-site/multi-state organization is also preferred.
An associate's or Bachelor's degree, 2+ years of relevant experience, and excellent written and verbal communication skills are required. Only people committed to hard work and accuracy need apply.
