HR Technology (UKG) Analyst duties:

• System Support - Provides daily technical support for UKG by responding to inquiries and ensuring processes run smoothly.
• Assists in implementing recommended modifications and enhancements.
• Leverage HR security policy and procedures to maintain appropriate access.
• Reporting - Produces reports based on data analysis, user input, and system testing.
• Assists in the identification of potential issues or areas of improvement
