Job Description - HRIS Administrator

Overview:

As an HRIS Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our Human Resources Information System (HRIS) to ensure accurate and efficient HR operations. You will play a key role in data management, system administration, user support, and process improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
System Administration:
Administer and maintain the HRIS database, including user access, security settings, and system configurations.

Implement system updates, patches, and enhancements to optimize functionality and usability.

Data Management:
Oversee the integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality of HR data within the system.

Conduct regular audits and quality checks to identify and correct errors or discrepancies.

User Support:
Provide technical support and guidance to HR staff and end-users on system navigation, features, and functionality.

Develop and deliver training programs and resources to enhance user proficiency and adoption.

Reporting and Analytics:
Generate and distribute standard and ad-hoc reports to support HR and business needs.

Analyze HR data and metrics to provide insights and recommendations for process improvements and decision-making.

Process Improvement:
Collaborate with HR and cross-functional teams to streamline HR processes and workflows through system automation and optimization.

Identify opportunities for efficiency gains and best practices in HRIS usage.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.

Proven experience as an HRIS Administrator or similar role, with expertise in HRIS platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday).

Strong technical skills, including database management, system administration, and report writing.

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and troubleshoot system issues.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and support end-users.

Pay Details:

$25.00 to $30.00 per hour
