Overview of Position: This position assists the HRIS Manager as a HRIS Analyst this position serves as technical support for human resources and assists with ensuring data integrity, data analysis, testing of system changes, report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities. Key Responsibilities: - Provide application support/maintenance, as needed, by trouble shooting issues, proposing solutions and implementing/deploying issues
- Act as support for HRIS end users
- Write, maintain, and support a variety of reports or queries using appropriate reporting tools
- Assist in development of standard reports for ongoing customer needs
- Assist in the review, testing and implementation of HRIS upgrades or patches and document process and results
- Recommend process/customer service improvements, innovative solutions, policy changes
- Provides user training and hands-on support, supporting the ASKHRIS mailbox.
Other duties as required. Education, Licensing, and Certifications: Education: This position requires college, university or equivalent degree in Human Resources, Information Technology or 5 years of related professional experience Experience: - Five to seven years of relevant information systems experience in a decentralized environment required
- Experience with ADP Enterprise required
Skills and Knowledge Required: - In depth knowledge of the ADP Enterprise V5 application or an equivalent HRIS System Application – i.e. Ceridian, UltiPro or Workday
- Systems or module implementation experience
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to develop and execute user training
- Ability to work well with all employees and departments
- Maintains confidentiality of all information

Physical Requirements: - Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed.
- 100% of work is accomplished indoors and in air conditioned or well-ventilated facilities
- Work is accomplished in an office or in a cubicle space equipped with a telephone and computer.
