We’re hiring a HRIS & Payroll Specialist!
Consumers Credit Union (CCU) is looking for a HRIS and Payroll Specialist to manage and optimize our HRIS including the delivery of payroll to the organization.
This position is hybrid with 2-3 days onsite at our corporate office in Lake Forest, IL. Local Northern Illinois/Southeastern Wisconsin candidates only.
About the Role
As the HRIS & Payroll Specialist, you’ll collaborate with Accounting, Finance, and Human Resources to deliver operational excellence across payroll and the HRIS, while supporting high-impact initiatives such as system enhancements, integrations, and mergers.

Compensation
The salary range for this role is $61,470-$92,206 per year. This role is eligible for an annual bonus opportunity. A specific salary offer considers factors including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the salary range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.

You will be eligible to participate in the 401(k) savings plan at any time. You will be automatically enrolled in the pension plan following six months of employment and 1,000 hours of service and reaching age 20.
