HRIS Coordinator

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented HRIS Coordinator to support the administration and maintenance of the company’s HR information systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on Workday experience and a strong understanding of HR data, employee records, and HRIS processes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update employee information within Workday, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
• Process employee lifecycle transactions, including new hires, transfers, promotions, terminations, and organizational changes.
• Support HR with Workday reporting, data audits, and routine system maintenance.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes and ensure employee records are complete and accurate.
• Troubleshoot basic Workday and HRIS issues and escalate more complex issues as needed.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and other internal teams to resolve employee data and system-related issues.
• Generate and maintain standard HR reports and respond to ad hoc reporting requests.
• Assist with HRIS testing, system updates, and implementation of process improvements.
• Ensure HRIS processes comply with company policies and applicable regulations.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee and compensation information.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HRIS or HR operations experience.
• Hands-on Workday experience required.
• Strong knowledge of employee data management and HRIS processes.
• Experience with Workday reporting is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
