Our client, in Lancaster Pa, is looking for an HRIS Director/Banner Project Specialist for a permanent position with their organization. All candidates must have a strong background in Banner (HR/Payroll) to be considered for this position.

Must haves:

3-5 years of Banner
- Development
- Management
- Maintenance
- Troubleshooting
- Banner (HR/Payroll)
- Project Management or Leading Projects

Nice to have:

BS Degree

Higher Education Experience

Cognos

Banner related training

Implementing online benefits enrollment

Federal Reporting

Troubleshooting

Maintenance of forms

Testing
