The HRIS Generalist is a vital member of the Human Resources team, responsible for supporting and optimizing the company’s Human Resources Information System (HRIS), specifically Paylocity. This position ensures the integrity and accuracy of HR data, configures and maintains system functions, manages reporting requirements, and provides ongoing support to HR team members and employees. The HRIS Generalist also serves as the primary backup for payroll processing, guaranteeing timely and accurate payroll in the absence of the primary payroll specialist. This role is instrumental in ensuring Paylocity supports all HR operations, including payroll, benefits administration, and employee engagement.
