About the Role
As EverQuote scales, we are transforming our People function into a true competitive advantage—and technology is the engine that will get us there.
We are seeking a highly strategic, execution-oriented HRIS Manager to serve as the technical architect and systems visionary for our People team. Reporting to the Head of People, you will work hand-in-hand as a peer to our People Operations Manager. While they focus on the employee lifecycle and operational excellence, you will own the systems, data, and automation strategies that make that excellence possible.
Your immediate mandate is critical: guide our UKG Ready implementation across the finish line. But your purview extends far beyond a single platform. You will own the complete HR technology ecosystem—including Greenhouse, Lattice, and other supporting tools—ensuring they communicate seamlessly and are leveraged to their fullest potential.
Furthermore, as EverQuote invests deeply in AI across the business, you will serve as the functional AI Champion for the People team. You are someone who refuses to accept "the way it’s always been done." You have a relentless drive to optimize workflows, deploy cutting-edge tools, and turn raw employee data into clean, actionable dashboards that drive executive decision-making. The base salary offered for this position is determined by several factors, including the applicant’s job-related skills, relevant experience, education or training, and work location. The base salary for this full-time hybrid role is $105,000 - 125,000.
In addition to base salary, our total compensation package may include participation in variable cash bonus programs, equity, and a comprehensive range of health, welfare, and wellbeing benefits based on eligibility which are designated by role.
