Position Description The HRIS Manager willensure successful configuration and ongoing support of HR relatedsystems. The position will assist payroll and HR with oversight andmanagement of HRIS, payroll and timekeeping platforms while ensuringcompliance with appropriate audit controls. Key ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the oversight of designated company HRIS platforms,including SAP, ADP, UKG Dimensions and SuccessFactors Oversee theconfiguration of SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central,Recruiting, Onboarding, LMS, Performance and Goals and Succession Ensureappropriate change management protocols are followed Ensure adherence toHRIS related FSPs and Audit Controls Partner with the US Payroll managerto ensure continued success of HR related integration files - bothincoming and outgoing- from internal/external vendors and platformsOngoing work with plant HR to review current work instructions andprocess improvements as related to the HRIS function Ensure HR systemsare compliant with labor regulations Maintain system upgrades and ensuredata integrity Ensure discreet handling of all business with employeesand managers, maintaining the highest level of confidentiality Assistand support other human resources functions as needed Required Education& Qualifications Associates and equivalent work experience, Bachelor\'sDegree a plus 5+ years experience in HRIS or HRIS support role,SuccessrFactors HRIS experience a plus Experience with SAP, ADP or otherpayroll system, strong ability to create queries, standard and ad hocreports in any HRIS/Payroll system Experience with Kronos WorkforceDimensions a plus Microsoft office applications...
