HRIS New Hires and Reporting Generalist - Urgent Position

HRIS Position Temporary Contract - Remote

This is a remote position, and you must be able to work PACIFIC TIME, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm, Monday - Friday

Must have expertise with ADP Workforce Now

• Mainly back-end HRIS tasks such as entering new hires.
• Entering employee changes
• Terminating employees in the system
• Running/creating various reports based on the needs of the Human Resources team
• There are scheduled weekly reports and ad-hoc reports that are necessary
• The best candidate will know front and back-end of ADP Workforce
• This position requires a vast knowledge of Excel (advanced)
• Will use the functions: Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts, etc.)
• Must have experience with reports, analysis, metrics/reporting/analyzing data.
• Position may be 3-4 months
• Pay is based on $35-$38 per hour.
