Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.

- Manage payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that support the company's goals and promote a positive workplace culture.

- Conduct regular HR audits and handle employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and company policies.

- Collaborate with department heads to address staffing needs and support employee development initiatives.

- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and payroll management.

- Bilingual- Spanish

- Strong knowledge of payroll systems, HRIS, and employment laws.

- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.

- Strong sense of urgency and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Salary Description

$75,000 -$85,000
