Main duties

• Performs on-site corporate safety audits and follows up all safety audits in the Group.
      >> Assessment indicator : Safety audits monitoring

• Is the secretary of the Safety Council.
      >> Assessment indicator : Safety audits planning and Safety Council minutes of meeting

• Trains managers to the Safety Management System.
      >> Assessment indicator : Training records

• Collects and follows up all Health & Safety incidents of the Group.
      >> Assessment indicator : Incidents records

• Publishes Health & Safety reports of the Group.
      >> Assessment indicator : Monthly Safety report, Monthly Safety gazette, Quarterly Wastes report, Annually Safety and Envirtonmental various reports

• Designs, maintains and improves the corporate information systems of Health, Safety and Environment.
      >> Assessment indicator : Updated information systems standards

• Shares good practices of site information systems.
      >> Assessment indicator : Regular practice sharing

• Ensures external monitoring of Health, Safety & Environment-related software trends.
      >> Assessment indicator : Regular practice sharing
