INTECH Automation Intelligence is seeking HSE Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Saudi Aramco and ADNOC HSE requirements, with proven experience in leading HSE teams on Saudi Aramco and ADNOC projects. The HSE Manager will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations, developing and implementing HSE policies, and driving continuous improvement in HSE performance across all project sites. This role is critical in safeguarding the health and safety of all personnel and ensuring that the project meets international HSE standards.
What You’ll Lead and Deliver
- Ensure full compliance with HSE regulations and requirements of Saudi Aramco, ADNOC, and relevant industry standards.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve HSE management systems, policies, and procedures tailored to the project and company needs.
- Conduct risk assessments and hazard identification across project sites, ensuring adequate controls are in place to mitigate potential risks.
- Develop and implement HSE training programs for employees, contractors, and stakeholders, ensuring a high level of awareness and compliance.
- Lead investigations of HSE incidents, near-misses, and accidents; prepare detailed reports and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Conduct regular HSE audits and inspections at project sites to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Oversee the development and testing of emergency response plans, ensuring that all project sites are prepared to handle emergencies effectively.
- Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other departments to integrate HSE requirements into project planning and execution.
- Track and analyze HSE performance metrics, reporting findings to senior management and making recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure that all contractors and subcontractors adhere to project-specific HSE requirements, including those set by Saudi Aramco and ADNOC.
- Act as the key point of contact for HSE matters with regulatory authorities and clients (Saudi Aramco, ADNOC), ensuring all necessary approvals and permits are obtained.
To Be Successful in This Role, You Must Have:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 15+ years of experience in HSE management, with significant exposure to EPC projects.
- Extensive experience working on Saudi Aramco and ADNOC projects, with a thorough understanding of their HSE requirements and standards.
- Certification in HSE (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA, or equivalent) is required.
- ISO 45001 or 14001 Lead Auditor certification is preferred.
Technical Skills:
- HSE Management Systems: Expertise in developing and managing comprehensive HSE management systems tailored to EPC projects.
- Risk Assessment & Hazard Control: Proficiency in conducting risk assessments, implementing hazard controls, and ensuring safe work practices.
- Incident Investigation: Skilled in investigating incidents, root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions.
- HSE Regulations: In-depth knowledge of Saudi Aramco and ADNOC HSE standards, as well as international safety and environmental regulations.
- Emergency Response: Experience in developing and managing emergency response plans, including drills and on-site preparedness.
- Auditing & Compliance: Strong experience conducting internal and external HSE audits, ensuring full regulatory compliance.

- Leadership: Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate HSE teams and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with project teams, contractors, regulatory bodies, and clients.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex HSE issues and develop effective solutions.
- Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to ensuring every aspect of the project meets the highest safety and environmental standards.
- Collaboration: Ability to work cross-functionally with different teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction, to align HSE goals with project objectives.
