HSE Manager - Health & Safety

We’re looking for a passionate HSE Manager to help take our Indianapolis plant’s safety culture and compliance to the next level.

Your Role

• You will support the MM Packaging Indianapolis Plant through the development and implementation of safety and security programs
• You will promote a positive HSE Culture within the assigned site
• You are passionate about leading a site Safety Committee, to ensure their training and complete required actions
• You will contribute to the shared understanding of Safety and react to trends in HSE performance across the plant
• You are committed to providing support for the evaluation of training needs and development/delivery of site-specific HSE training 

Your Profile

• You have a High School Diploma or Equivalent

• You have already gained a minimum of 2-3 years experience in an HSE role within a fast-paced manufacturing environment  

• You posses required HSE related training and knowledge pertaining to the position
