**Responsibilities**

**We take our sleep seriously, and with our HST Home Sleep Study Coordinators we are able to assist in the comfort of our patients by coordinating and managing home sleep studies. In this unique sleep position you will also be able to develop the education of referring physicians and perform phone consultations.**

**What you will do:**

+ Patient education and application of hospital based home sleep studies

+ Coordination of mailed home sleep studies (WATCHPAT)

+ Report organization and submission to the EMR

+ Assist Physicians' offices in scheduling home sleep studies

+ Assist Conifer scheduling and Physicians' offices with prior authorizations for all sleep studies, with emphasis on home sleep studies

+ Education of sleep services to referring physicians and office staff

+ Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**

**What you need:**

+ Bachelors' 4-year degree OR

+ Experience equivalent to bachelors' degree in medical sleep setting

+ Current BLS through American Heart Association

+ Knowledge of Sleep lab testing (PSG and HST) and working knowledge of physicians office personnel and structure

**Pay Range**

$17.89 - $24.60 /hour
