The Opportunity\: We are seeking a detail-oriented, collaborative, and proactive Human Capital Management Analyst [Recruitment and Benefits] to join our team at Indian River Juvenile Correctional Facility. In this role, you will be a vital pillar of our operations, managing vacancies, coordinating benefits administration, and assisting with essential payroll activities.

PRE-SERVICE TRAINING:
All new candidates hired to the Department of Youth Services are required to attend 3 weeks of mandatory, paid training at the Correctional Training Academy in Orient, Ohio. Training Academy hours are Monday through Thursday, 7\:00 am to 5\:00 pm. Travel, meals, and lodging are provided.
