Title:  Human Capital Management SME
Client: Federal Agency
Location:  Onsite – Falls Church, VA
Clearance:  Public Trust
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance; the applicant must be a U.S. Citizen for consideration.
Number of Position(s): 1
Work Schedule: 8 am – 5 pm
Work Day:  Monday – Friday


Description:
  • The Human Capital Management SME (Subject Matter) will provide strategic workforce planning and human capital management for our Government Client.
  • Provide guidance on strategic IM/IT workforce planning and human capital management.
  • Develop and improve business processes.
  • Work on multiple complex assignments and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
  • Contribute to the Transition-In Plan, Program Management Plan (PMP), and Quality Control Plan (QCP).
Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Must have 3-5 years’ experience in strategic planning.
  • Familiarity with the DoD and the Defense Health Agency is highly desired.
  • Experience in strategic workforce planning and human capital management.
  • Proficiency with business process development and improvement.
  • Possesses and applies expertise on multiple complex work assignments.
  • Ability to handle efficiently and effectively multiple shifting priorities.
  • Operate independently and work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
  • Security: Personnel must have or be eligible for Common Access Cards (CACs).
