Title:  Human Capital Management SME
Client: Federal Agency
Location:  Onsite – Falls Church, VA
Clearance:  Public Trust
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance; the applicant must be a U.S. Citizen for consideration.
Number of Position(s): 1
Work Schedule: 8 am – 5 pm
Work Day:  Monday – Friday

Description:

The Human Capital Management SME (Subject Matter) will provide strategic workforce planning and human capital management for our Government Client.
Provide guidance on strategic IM/IT workforce planning and human capital management.
Develop and improve business processes.
Work on multiple complex assignments and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
Contribute to the Transition-In Plan, Program Management Plan (PMP), and Quality Control Plan (QCP).

Qualifications:

A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Must have 3-5 years’ experience in strategic planning.
Familiarity with the DoD and the Defense Health Agency is highly desired.
Experience in strategic workforce planning and human capital management.
Proficiency with business process development and improvement.
Possesses and applies expertise on multiple complex work assignments.
Ability to handle efficiently and effectively multiple shifting priorities.
Operate independently and work collaboratively in a team environment.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
Security: Personnel must have or be eligible for Common Access Cards (CACs).
