Compass Government Solutions is currently seeking a Human Performance Domain Lead (Physical & Soft Tissue Therapy) for the CRAFT Program at Eglin AFB, FL. provides senior-level leadership and subject matter expertise for the physical and soft tissue therapy services supporting U.S. Air Force aircrew through the CRAFT Human Performance program.

This role focuses on leadership, training standardization, and program oversight, working with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality, evidence-based services that support aircrew readiness and injury prevention across multiple locations. Direct patient care is not the primary focus of this position.

JOB DUTIES:

• Provide subject matter leadership for physical and soft tissue therapy services across the program
• Guide and support Physical Therapists and Massage Therapists working with high-performance aviation populations
• Develop and support onboarding and training standards for domain personnel
• Ensure services and training are evidence-based and aligned with operational demands
• Support program improvement, research, and expansion efforts
• Collaborate with program leadership and interdisciplinary human performance teams
• Travel periodically to support training, alignment, and program execution

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Master’s degree or higher in a human performance, rehabilitation, or related field
• 7+ years of experience in physical therapy, soft tissue therapy, or human performance services within high-performance or DoD operational environments
• 2+ years of leadership or program management experience
• One or more of the following current licenses or certifications:
  • Licensed Physical Therapist (PT)
  • Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT)
  • Athletic Trainer (ATC)
  • Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS)
  • Or another nationally recognized credential in physical or soft tissue therapy, rehabilitation, or human performance
• Current CPR/AED certification
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance (U.S. citizenship required)
