Position Description – What the Role Entails:
Under the direct supervision of the Human Resources Generalist and Director of Human Resources, the Human Resources Assistant is responsible for assisting the recruitment,
retention, and termination systems for staff, and approximately 280 employees. This position
will have access to confidential employee information and the candidate must be able to handle
private matters discreetly and professionally. This position is located at 3946 W North Ave location, which may include some travel to our Chicago offices.

The Human Resources Assistant must be able to successfully perform essential functions of this job, including transporting paperwork and other materials between a variety of on-site and off-site locations and preparing for activities that may require traveling to off-site locations. She/he must be able to operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, including a copier and printer.
